“Hadnt been here before,South street Romford took a chance,very pleased,had few problems with my car ,passing M.O.T..they told me what to do,they helped me,didnt over price me,I had to return George took control,got me in Quickly,and Jo worked on car explained everythg to me my lights etc...I was impressed👏👏defo be going back..Thankyou From Lisa Edwards..”

“Gloucester Riga Had MOT booked in for 10am today, staff very helpful came out put cover on seat and wiped steering wheel, said it should be 1 hour I asked can my wife and I wait as we live 12 miles away with no public transport, they gave as 2 seats to sit on while we waited, all in all very happy with the service”

“I wish I could do 10 stars I was at a skatepark about 5 minutes away from one of the MOT centres in byfleet and my bmx wheel needed a really quick fix I had a choice to either walk home 30 mins or get it fixed somewhere literally could find nothing around but an MOT center. I called in and asked for a unusual request of fixing a bike real quick they said surprisingly said they can do it I went there they were super friendly, fixed my bike in 2 mins and literally wanted no money for it. Literal legends”

“Today i had my car booked in for a health check . After having issues with staff a few years ago this is the first time back . Wow how amazing and professional were the staff at Llandudno branch . I mainly dealt with a gentleman called Anthony . Nothing was to much trouble . Well done Halfords for appointing such a great manager”

“Fab service today at Runcorn Autocentre by Sam. Super helpful, great customer experience, easy service, lovely 😊 personality (which seems hard to come by these days), even when I only needed a fuse change. He even did my tyres as the warning light had come on today to say one was under inflated. They’ll definitely be getting my mot and service business come September! What a breath of fresh air!”

“Went to have headlight bulb changed at Preston Centre as according to the internet very difficult...expected to take a while and probably cost around £30....excellent staff took less than 10 mins, did it for free Excellent!”

“Booked my car in at the York Autocentre yesterday morning for 8.00am as the engine kept cutting out and with a jerking movement. At 8.40am the fault was diagnosed and after a telephone call from a very helpful gentleman called Eric advising me what the diagnostic test had revealed and the total cost to fix it, I confirmed the work to go ahead and by 11.00am parts were fitted and the car is now back on the road. Five star service and will definately use again. Thanks Halfords and thanks Eric.”

“Went to the Eastbourne Auto Centre on Lottbridge Drove,where they carried out a full safety check on my car. They were so helpful and friendly. But the most important thing was they were honest and advised me that the car was fine and there was nothing that needed doing to it straight away. Just an advisory on some tyres. They are always busy there and I think that's why people go as they feel they are not going to have to pay for unnecessary work on their car. Once again thank you for your honesty.”

“Rang Halfords this morning as needed a new battery. Very impressed told to take the car straight to them, lucky we had'nt switched the car off, took it straight in and 10 minutes later it was done. As this is in lockdown and they are busy very impressed.”
