“I broke down at 5/20pm on 20/3/20 telephones AA Breakdown they told me my Alternator had failed needed a new Alternator i telephoned Richard (manager) at HALFORDS AUTOCENTRE AT PORTRACK LANE STOCKTON OPPOSITE B&Q AND TOLD HIM I HAVE JUST BROKEN DOWN AND THE AA BREAKDOWN SAID THEY WOULD BRING MY CAR TO HIS GARAGE AND RICHARD SAID HE WOULD WAIT TILL I GOT THERE BECAUSE THEY SHUT AT 6PM BUT DONT WORRY HE WOULD WAIT TILL I GOT MY CAR INTO HIS GARAGE HE SAID LEAVE IT WITH HIM HE SAID IT WOULD BE FIXED ASAP OVER THE WEEKEND OR AT THE LATEST 4 DAYS BECAUSE HE HAD TO ORDER PARTS AND WITH IT BEEN OVER THE WEEKEND I THOUGHT IT WOULD TAKE LONGER BUT RICHARD AND HIS TEAM DOWN AT HALFORDS AUTOCENTRE AT PORTRACK STOCKTON ORDERED THE PART AND HAD MY CAR FIXED WITH NEW ALTERNATOR THE VERY NEXT DAY, THANK YOU RICHARD AND ALL YOUR MECHANICS AND STAFF ONCE AGAIN WHAT A FANTASTIC JOB YOU DONE ON MY VEHICLE AT VERY SHORT NOTICE I HAVE USED THIS GARAGE ON ALL OF MY VEHICLES IN THE PAST AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE A GREAT JOB AND VERY GOOD PRICE SO ANYONE READING THIS REVIEW I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RICHARD (A REAL GENTLEMAN) AND HIS TEAM, I WILL ALWAYS USE THIS GARAGE FOR ANY FUTURE REPAIRS AND MOT AND SERVICES ECT GREAT JOB DONE THANX AGAIN GUYS TAKE CARE TILL NEXT TIME FROM PDM ROOFING LTD (Patrick) Director from INGLEBY BARWICK.”

“on a visit to halfords cannock was so pleasantly surprised at the can do will help attitude of a young lady called AGNES i purchased a wiper blade and asked her if anyone could fit it for me seeing they were busy i expected to be told sorry you have to wait etc, she immediately said yes and followed me to my car fitting the blade in seconds with a lovely attitude and smile. The young lady is pregnant which made it even more amazing and is not ENGLISH which i say in nothing but a complimentary way and add that us ENGLISH people can learn a lot from this lady's attitude . i am terminally ill with Cancer and to me this little helpful act meant so much to me and made my day to say the least. I hope she works her way to the top where she belongs but knowing this unfair world it wont happen, god bless her anyway i will never forget her and hope she gets all she deserves from this world.”

“I went to Halfords Newhaven and needed a fuse blown. The person at the fitting desk was so helpful I’m a pensioner now so need all the help I can get. The chap sorted it out for me in no time. This is why I use helfords Newhaven because of the help you get from the experienced staff once again thanks. Frank.”

“Had an mot done at tritton road Lincoln today brillliant service great staff haven’t been here for ages as the manager last time was so arrogant what a difference staff can make recommend all day long will return”

“Having discovered my MOT expired at midnight I phoned Halfords Autocentre Stockton (279) who offered me an appointment for the same day. On inspection it was found a coil spring was broken. Although it was getting well into the afternoon they managed to squeeze me in and the job was done quickly and efficientlyStaff were extremely polite and helpful and I will certainly use them in the future.”

“always good on price, use same materials as BMW but charge less than half the price!! Arrived twenty minutes late for my MOT due to traffic, but welcomed and fully appreciated. Riga Wharf is much easier to use than Worcester St. And Junior, who did the MOT left vehicle very clean and tidy Have used this Centre for last eight years and always satisfied!!”

“Crawley Autocentre: Booked online, received a 'before 11.30' appointment time, dropped the car off, the work was done, they called me, picked the car up, was told what work had been done then drove off. All in all excellent, much better than sitting around in other, frankly terrible tyre fitting centres. Well done.”

“I rang Nottingham (castle boulevard) branch for an mot as It had expired and l was away from home, they said they were busy but if I left it with them for the afternoon they would get it done , I dropped the car with them and they started the mot straight away and finished after about an hour . I am very thankful for the staff , (Pete and Tom dealt with me )”

“Perfect service, A+++. Great value, fast, and efficient process. I like the web-page booking system, which saves a lot of time. Also, looking arround, these guys offered the best value by far. I would image these Halfords outlets have got all the other tyre centres on the run! Good work, Halfords. Thanks.”

“Swindon hobble drive. Booked vehicle in for mot as a timed appointment today. Excellent first class service. All staff members were 100% professional. Totally recommend them. On line booking servise was excellent and just what I needed. I work in a similar customer servise industry so that is why I rate them 10/10. Mrs j shilston”

“Brilliant service very efficient kept updated with a problem before rectifying! “Hi went to bath centre on July 10th 2019 had a leaky tyre valve .valve was replaced free of charge had great service on a very hot day .Jess . .manager was very helpful. Will use again.well done”

“I used the Barking east London branch yesterday. The service there was first class. The technician Roy was polite and very helpful kept me informed all the way through the repair. I booked my appointment on line First class service.”
