“On Saturday Morning I had a bit bother starting my Car with it been so cold this week so I remembered the Advertisement on TV about Halfords battery trouble, so while I was down at Hartlepool I thought I would call in to see if they could fit a new Battery while I did the Shopping. Halfords Shop it's self was still Closed so I called into the Garage Office where I was warmly greeted and told it was no problem but they would have to wait until the shop was open before they could start on it. I left my car key with them and they told me to call back about 9-30 which I did I was told what the Price was which I thought was a Fair price for a good Job done with out any bother two lovely lads behind the counter. So if I have any more problems with the car I know where to go. Thank you Halfords.”

“Popped in to my local Halfords at Biggleswade to get my bulb changed was very impressed with how Pawel and George changed my bulb on my headlight. It was a difficult one to change but they never gave up. Thankyou Very much appreciated”

“Thanks to the guys today at the Basildon workshop although you was running a bit late your customer service was brilliant and made our visit very pleasant , very knowledgeable guys . Nothing too much trouble . 2nd mot with them and will def go back .”

“Free Mot offer. Bury St Edmunds Brilliant. Took up the offer of a free MOT and the car PASSED with no advisory. ( I was half expecting them to find something they could charge me over the odds for... total cost was... £0.00”

“I use Halford's Auto-centre Hartlepool simply because the service here is second to none. I've a BMW 4 series average yearly mileage 30K and rely on Halfords to maintain and keep my car on the road. Hope i'm not tempting fate here but over the last 10 years of using this garage and always owning a BMW have never been let down. We own other cars in the family who have also switched to Halford's and also experience the same level of service, which is slightly disappointing as i thought i was special. Obviously everyone gets the same level of exceptional service.”

“Booked car into Bath branch yesterday as windscreen washers not working. They identified fault, ordered new motor and fitted it very efficiently at reasonable cost. Sean kept us well informed of progress. Would definitely use again”

“Went to Halfords today because a light came on my car. Something to do with the bending light. Golf gtd mk7. Spoke to a very knowledgable person. Steve astbury. Knew his golds luckily. Told me exactly the problem provided the part and fitted it right there. Amazing service. Would highly recommend. Halfords in bilston.”

“On the 23rd December I visited your blackburn store to collect 2 bikes for my kids unfortunately I had got the time wrong and they where just closing... lucky for me to staff members when to great length to stay behind find my bikes and help me load them into my car! Amazing service amazing guys and will definitely come back and recommend credit to your store! Thank you you may xmas that little bit easier for me and went the extra mile x”

“We went to Halfords in Talbot Green looking for a car seat, & the lady, Andrea was absolutely fantastic with us, had loads of patience, answered any questions we had & showed me how to correctly install the car seat. “Just returned from Halfords Auto centre Lichfield. Following problems with a rear tyre / computer readout. I can honestly say I experienced excellent customer service from Chris the manager and the mechanics.Professional, helpful and knowledgeable,taking the time to go through their findings with me. I highly recommend the workshop and I will certainly use them in the future Robert”

“Kelvin (manager for Eastbourne Halfords) and crew from Halfords Newhaven put in a titanic effort to get my car on the road and ready to go after really big problems with my clutch and gearbox. (new clutch, new bearings and rebuild)Not to mention the service MOT and two new front tires. They finished at 5.30 on a Friday and I was on the ferry that evening, round France with my family for 1000+ miles. (hows that for trust).The car is better than ever. Big thanks for the extra effort. Thanks as well to Andy who usually manages and always looks after me and keeps the car on the road.”
