“I am giving HALFORDS, Eastern Avenue, Gloucester, a very deserving ' Five Star' Rating for the following reasons :- I found Halfords. to be a very well stocked store for any motorists/cyclists customer's needs.which no other Gloucester retailer of such quality and robust goods can match. I attended and shopped at this Halfords Branch ( Gloucester ), on Wednesday. 3rd of July, 2019. looking to purchase good quality security items for two Motability electric scooters . A member of staff, namely, 'Aerron' was immediately on hand to assist me, and take me to and show me all my needs ( 2 x quality strong cables, 2 x best quality alarm locks with keys; and some minor items like wash sponges and disability display stickers ) all for under £50.00 which were well worth it, having regard to the fact that the locks and cables were probably the best I could obtain above that of from what any other retailer had to offer for my security needs....so top marks to HALFORDS. Eastern Avenue, Gloucester As a bonus. my grateful thanks to Aerron. who afforded me two minutes of time by adjusting the rear brake cables of my 4 wheeled disability shopping trolley. That's what I call a great service by HALFORDS Staff. I doubt that I would receive such all around good service at other retailers. THANK YOU HALFORDS, you are still as good and loyal as the days when I was a customer at your HALFORDS Swansea Branch in 1959.”

“Rang Halfords at Borehamwood to ask if they could check my tyres, told to call in the next day which I did, they checked all my tyres, all tyres need air which they did for me, went to pay & they said there was no charge, how great was that service, so thank you team Borehamwood”

“Used the Rochdale Auto centre after using Jeep main dealer for last 3 years. The customer service is so much better at Halfords, full service including engine flush was still over £150 cheaper and all the work was explained and any potential issues highlighted without any pressure to buy. A* and will be using again!”

“Just had an Mot for £10 that was a great value offer and the new Sidcup branch were quick and efficient. Saved me at least 30 minutes on the usual place plus £17 in my pocket.. Pretty happy with that.”

“Booked car into kirkintilloch glasgow branch for wheel alignment. Got a call an hour later telling me the front passenger side wheel bearing was on its way out and they wouldn't be able to do the job Guy on reception was very friendly and explained that the booking was cancelled and to phone customer service for a refund which I did. He then told me they could fix it for just over £400 which I thought was very high so took the car home and will take it to a local independent garage. Felt I was treated fairly and the staff were very helpful and informative.”

“Had my mot booked in with Tolworth Autocentre for Saturday last and they rang a couple of hours before and said that their mot machine had broken! I was over that way especially for it that day but rebooked it in for the following Wednesday. I arrived an hour early as I had to come straight from work. Free tea and coffee, magazines, lovely warm reception area, friendly receptionist, great big glass viewing area so you can see your car being worked on if you wish. They managed to do mine an hour earlier which was great, very impressed and thorough, will definitely go back 👍🏼”

“The Halfords I use is along Victoria road Fenton stoke on trent. I would not take my car anywhere else. Matthew and Gary are very helpful their customer service is second to none. If I need any advice or if anything needs doing to my car (normally mot and service) I know I can trust these guys and the team I know that I won't be ripped off at all. I have had other work done on my car and have had no problems at all.”

“I sent my car for service at Garage 256 though MOT was due in a few days, they did the MOT first and the results came failed, the diagnostics were fixed and they did the service as well, I was happy of about Action Halfords took, my car is running smooth”

“Great customer service. Advice on best car seat for children from 9mths to 9yrs. They tried various car seats and advised which ones would fit best. Not just here you go and thank you. Always have safely in mind. Thanks guys”
