“Well bought costume on line but need to change it but have to wait till I receive return form for ur website ???? Which I won't get till Tuesday as I gave my work email so I cou print it off but not in work till Tuesday ????????so thk it's a pain as have to wait as anxious to get my son sorted 4 Halloween ????????”

“Good quality and great costume but was surprised when I opened it to see the play suit was strapless, if this was in the description I wouldn't have bought it. Because I'm not a fan of attachable see-through straps and the suit itself doesn't sit right without the see-through straps ????”

“Happy with the costume we ordered but not the way it was delivered. I may have missed it when ordering but I don't remember seeing anything saying that the package would have to be signed for! Apologies if it did. If I has seen a message then I would have chosen a different delivery address. On the day of delivery I received a txt saying to contact a specific number if I was not going to be home at the delivery time but I couldn't get through. When I did eventually speak to someone I tired to arrange an alternative delivery address but they said they couldn't. Ended up driving to the depot on Saturday (only opened from 9-10.30am on Sat) A lot of hassle to get a child's Halloween costume!!”

“I found Halloween HQ to be fantastic. There's a great range of costumes and I had no problem finding one. Also, the next day delivery is very handy as it saves the worry that your order wont arrive in time. All in all a great site :)”

“I ordered three costumes witch arrived on Tuesday. An adults pirate costume, kids wizards costume and a childs red ninja costume. The ninja one is for a five year old and has already ripped in some places the belt on the chest plate has come of I had to sew it back on after an hour and the foam padding on the chest plate is coming away from the material. The wizards costume came with a Velcro tipped belt the problem is when the Velcro touches the costume it fray's the material so it looks tatty. The adults male costume is very childish looking. I wouldn't order from this store again there's much better quality out there for the same price.”

“The only problem i had with costume when i tried it on the back of the costume ripped like cotton wool it came away from clip part so easy but i brought it back to Charlestown and the girls were very nice and gave me a new one :)”

“Hey there, I was very happy with my order. The only thing was I ordered a neon purple wig and when it came it was pink. It said neon purple on the box though. Now I thought my daughter would be upset over this as she hates pink but she was fine with it.”

“I am missing tiara off the delux Sofia the first toddler costume they said they would send it out out on Tuesday and never have. I emailed an hour ago havnt heard anything back yet absolutely disgusted”
