“Was delighted with the speed of delivery but disappointed when opened ninja costume to find missing red leg and arm ties I did ring and was promised they would be in post this am Not a sign of them and they are needed for tom. Postman wont be here in time for school”

“I am giving you a normal rating because although the shopping experience online was very positive, when I received my ghouls costume for my 9 year old boy a few days ago, the costume was dirty with stains of what look like face paint and general dirt all over the front of it. I have had to clean it because he needed the costume this week for school, otherwise I would have returned it as it was not at all acceptable to receive it in that condition.”
