“I made 2 ordres the 3344 and the 3346. I received the 3344 and I'M really happy but the order 3346 is a duplicate to the 3344, the problem is that I never received the product and you didn't refund me for the moment. “I was very please with the Marlyin Monroe costume it was for my 7yr old daughter the only thing I felt was that the wig let it down as it's quite a main feature for Marlyin other then that I was happy over all”

“I incorrectly made a duplicate order (didn't realise the first one had gone through correctly). I immediately emailed to cancel the order. I have received one order however I have been charged for two orders. I have emailed twice and called and left two messages but nobody has gotten back to me. Very dissatisfied with service and will be taking this further if I do not hear back by end of today.”
