“Poor quality for the price. I am a size 12, the dress was supposed to be size 12 to 14, iT was more like size 8 to 10. Ridiculous sizing, cannot wear it.”

“Very easy to book online and emails updating me on the process of my order. It arrived earlier than expected with email stating what day and between what time it will be delivered at. And my daughter is very happy with her costume”

“The courier company that was used (dpd) was extremely poor. Somehow they got my address wrong so I did not receive my Halloween costume in time for Halloween despite ordering it in good time. As a result I am returning it. I would appreciate an update when it is received & would like to know when I will be refunded.”

“Item was ordered and paid extra delivery charge to have it delivered on the 30th of October and received an email from DPD to say it was to be delivered on 30th. No sign of costume so went to DPD on 31st October and they couldn't locate the package. It was delivered on 2nd November, obviously too late for Halloween. It was a costume for my son whom needless to say was left very disappointed.”
