“A very rewarding experience dealing with a person so knowledgeable and easy to get along with. If problems arise, as they will, rest assured that Jan will work something out to correct the problem, and by giving you all available options. Jan will give you her opinion on which colors match with the colors in your logo and the color of the , in our case, hats. All in all, Jan is a consummate professional!”
