We used HALO on a great recommendation from another university to create pennant flags for our employee giving campaign. Our team worked with Pam Hite and was disappointed with the overall experience. Throughout the entire project, there was a lack of communication from getting samples to payment for the product. She would contact myself, instead of continuing conversations with the designer and the project manager. This led to a few different hiccups. Our original time frame was 5 - 7 from design. However, it turned out to be 5 - 7 days from approving the proofs. There were a couple of proofs that were wrong and that stalled the project further. We also had to contact her multiple times in order to hear back. This was also frustrating because we felt that as a vendor, there should be dialog throughout the process.

First of all, Jan was amazing. She is great and went out of her way to help me and accommodate me and my specific order. However, whoever engraved and packaged our items did not do a good job. They came in dirty, poorly taped boxes and most of our items were engraved poorly and hard to see.
