I was very hopeful and slightly disappointed. I asked for a virtual proof and still had to contact customer service before I heard back from a representative (about 3 days later) and then this representative was very short and didn't answer my questions well. The first virtual proof had the colors mixed up and I had to request another proof, which took another day or two. Once again emailed my representative and waited nearly a week for a response, before I emailed again. Once again, very short and didn't really help answer my questions. I received my product a day or two ago and my company logo is smudged on about 75% of the product. I was looking for a deal so I can't complain about the price, but I expected the print to be better quality.

The final product was great. The process, however, was too long, specifically the proofing process. It took way too long before I received a proof. I had to contact my sales rep several times to inquire. That made me nervous. During the same timeframe, I ordered items from another promo company. I received their proof within 24 hours and I actually received my delivery from them before I even got your proof. Love the final product but the timing makes me hesitant to order from Halo again.

While our account executive kept you aware of the status during each step of the process, and we met your in-hands date with the final product, we agree that it took us longer than we anticipated getting you the correct proof, due to an error by our partner factory. We work hard to get all orders to our customers by their in hands date, if not earlier. Service was quick, friendly, accurate, and got me exactly what I needed. I would likely use it again. However, I wish I had been warned of the shipping charges in advance. If I knew the shipping would cost as much as the items I would have declined rush shipping.

There was no since of real urgency to responding via email and unable to be reached by phone. Therefore, I ordered directly through the website.

There seems to be a misunderstanding regarding your communication with HALO Branded Solutions. Originally, your assigned HALO Account Executive promptly provided you with options to choose from and then created a pre-order for you so you would be able to move forward and quickly place your order with HALO Branded Solutions. You did not actually place this order with HALO, however. Instead, you told your HALO Account Executive you had found a different item in a catalog that you wished to order. Your Account Executive was able to determine that the catalog wasn’t sent from HALO, so you placed your order with a company other than HALO. Consequently, HALO sent you a request for a review of services in error, and we apologize for that. We believe you wrote this review for the promotional products distributor that you actually ordered from, and not HALO. If so, would you please consider emailing support@reviews.co.uk explaining that you would like to retract your review of HALO? Alternatively, please consider revising your review so it only reflects your initial experience working with the HALO Account Executive before she determined you were looking at a different company’s catalog.
