Kasondra was very helpful, creative, and knowledgable. I would work with HALO Branded Solutions again and I am likely to recommend them to colleagues. My only critique is that the discount amount quoted was changed over the course of the transaction.

We had a very good experience with Halo Branded Solutions. The tumblers we ordered turned out beautiful and they easily split our shipments to different locations without issue. The only problem I had was that our Colorado shipment had broken straws in them. The straws could have been packaged better to prevent breakage - they were just laying on top of the tightly packed tumblers.

This is my first order with HALO, Ross was very professional and on time with all of my questions and feedbacks. The promptness with the emails means a lot. Now I'm waiting on the items to see the quality of the product. And that will entail future order from HALO. As well as the neatness of the artwork.

The rep I worked with, Jan Martin, provided fantastic service. I appreciated her patience and responsiveness to our company's needs. The one issue we had was a cracked pot on one of the plants (they are supposed to begin cracking after 3 years) so we won't be able to send that product out. But other than a product issue, the service was fantastic. I look forward to working with Jan in the future.

After an initial communication hiccup on my end, I finally connected with my rep/designer. She was very polite and thorough. Their process is a little unconventional for someone who is not used to ordering a lot of things on the internet, meaning that the rep was not an in-house rep and the item that I ordered was actually fulfilled by a third party. In the end though, I thought the service was very good and the final product was just what I wanted.

All the people I communicated with were helpful and had so much patience with me. I love it that Halo doesn't make me order a minimum of a product requiring me to have to store massive amounts and pay a lot more. Pam is very informative and stayed in contact with me. My deadline was met and the products were shipped correctly.

The design was printed out fine on the napkins. The only downside was that the writing didn't come out clear at all on the coffee sleeves and was very hard to read. As if the printing got "smudged". I have attached a picture below and would like to talk about a possible reimbursement or compensation. Thanks
