It is a pleasure working with Pam Hite on my Orders. She is courteous and truly attempts to resolve any concerns I have wile placing orders. From working to get logo designs done properly to expediting orders when necessary Pam Hite does her very best. She is definitely an asset to your company.

Janette did a great job helping me order some swag items a few months ago. Even though there were delays at the factory, she made sure all my swag was delivered on time and helped deduct shipping costs that I was not responsible for since it was the factories fault. Thank you Jannete! -Roya

The final product was great. The process, however, was too long, specifically the proofing process. It took way too long before I received a proof. I had to contact my sales rep several times to inquire. That made me nervous. During the same timeframe, I ordered items from another promo company. I received their proof within 24 hours and I actually received my delivery from them before I even got your proof. Love the final product but the timing makes me hesitant to order from Halo again.

While our account executive kept you aware of the status during each step of the process, and we met your in-hands date with the final product, we agree that it took us longer than we anticipated getting you the correct proof, due to an error by our partner factory. We are sorry that this delay made you nervous. This was a rare situation, since the vast majority of our proofs are error free. We work hard to get all orders to our customers by their in hands date, if not earlier. I ordered 250 can coolies from Anita Condit and she was very helpful! The coolies arrived a couple days ahead of the scheduled date, and I could not be happier, they look great!

All I can speak to at this point, is the excellent service. Celia was great to work with, and instilled confidence that I would get our product in time for our event. Look forward to working with her in the future. As I have yet to see the item we purchased, I can only hope it will as excellent as the service provided by Celia.

I sent my quote request on Halo's website 4/26/18. I didn't get final proofs until 6/13/18. The proofs looked awful and they were not up to our standards. It was difficult to get in contact with someone. We cancelled our orders and we will continue using our usual vendor.

Dear Valued Customer, We sincerely apologize that your first experience with HALO Branded Solutions was not positive. Our embroidery proofs should have been of higher quality (and we are addressing that with our two factory partners that made your proofs), and we should have been faster to resolve the situation. The sales person that worked with you also apologizes for your poor experience, and has offered you a $100 credit on a future order, should you be willing to give her and HALO a second chance.
