“Compared to other sites, Happy House Sitters’ website is a breeze to navigate through. Up-to-date daily notifications. Only concern I have is that some homeowners fail to inform housesitters that they have been unsuccessful in acquiring the housesit .Perhaps, HHS could place a time limit for a reply from either house owner and/or housesitter.”

“Reasonably user friendly website but the search filters don't seem to work well. It is good to have a customer service telephone contact with a real person at the end of it.”

“Covid got in the way so it did not work out for us. some of the references supplied were very old and when we contacted the supplied referees they could not remember the sitters. would suggest that only current referees or at least time limited referees be utilised. the website was very easy to use. thank you”

“While members of Happy House Sitters we felt we were 'kept in the loop' satisfactorily but of course the restrictions on travel because of the current pandemic have reduced opportunities to housesit. With a positive outlook and more people vaccinated there may be scope in the future for housesitting.”
