“Great delivery as usual, and reasonably fast refund on returns. I'm trying to work out my barefoot size and what brands fit me, and the free returns are greatly appreciated.”

“Delivery is really quick (even choosing second class) and the free returns is great, because as an adult new to barefoot I've been trying lots of different shoes to try and find the right fit (width is an issue for me - I have very wide feet). I like the loyalty plan”

“As a podiatrist, I can’t recommend HLS highly enough. Good instruction on how to measure children’s feet, all shoes are internally measured as makes do vary. Much better than going to a shop as no one is as interested in a good fit as a parent is.”

“I’ve always used Happy Little Soles for my children’s shoes as you have a great range of barefoot and minimalist shoes, or near as when the market hasn’t got much choice in a particular type of footwear. I’m really pleased that you have branched out into adult shoes, as I’ve bought my first ones through you - Camper boots and prefer buying through you on environmental grounds as ordering direct they come individually from Italy. Where I would like to see more choice is for older children as my twins are now 11 and shoes/boots of size Uk3.5 and above are a challenge. A waterproof winter walking boot has been difficult since Plae pulled out of the UK market and I had to source the kids leather Camper boots direct. They are expensive, but I have been pleased with them. I have also bought Merrell vapour and trail gloves in older versions as they are cheaper, but for sizing used a women’s size for my son (but need to be careful of colours!). Glad to see you have some Xero shoes and it would be nice to see some more of their boots and trainers. Perhaps you could consider a youth section on your website? This might not mean carrying extra stock as such, but focuses customers on sizes they might be looking for tweens. I have found the loyalty scheme a nice little bonus when buying lots of shoes! I like the more in-depth information you have put on about shoes such as depth of sole, flexibility and whether shoes are zero drop. Thanks”
