“Beautiful boots, not massively flexible though and the sizing was way off (I ordered 2 sizes up after following sizing guidelines and they still weren't right). However that being said the free returns policy is great and I got a full refund quickly so would definitely order different shoes from you again 🙂”

“Purchase was quick and easy. We got them delivered to family in the UK and then hubby collected while he was there. We will hopefully be able to do the same next time we need a pair. If not, we will have to check out international shipping costs.”

“I had ordered 2 pairs of boots early for my granddaughter to avoid disappointment for her birthday and to give her choice as at 4 she hadn't had 'big girls' boots before. I then realised that they were due to be sent back. I rang Chloe and explained the situation and that I needed to wait for birthday. Chloe was brilliant and asked me to send back asap. My granddaughter loves her boots and they are really comfortable for her. I've sent back other pair and received a refund. Well made boots with the comfort of the child in mind. Thank you Happy Little Soles”
