“I always receive my order really promptly, and where I have used the return service I have always received my refund promptly. Any questions I have asked via email have always been replied to quickly and with helpful information. The only thing that would make me shop elsewhere as an Irish customer is the fact that there isn't a free returns option for non-UK customers. Even some bonus points in lieu of postage would be nice, especially as I regularly buy shoes from this site.”

“Love the website and love the descriptions with fine details given on each shoe page regarding fit, which helps when buying shoes online. Points system is really helpful when you buy regularly as helps with the delivery charge and nice to receive discount on shoes and the ability to earn and save points are a great incentive. I love the fact that happy little soles have thoroughly checked the market for barefoot options, it offers a choice and made sure everyone in the family was catered for in their barefoot shoe choice.”

“The only shop I have ever bought all three of my kids shoes from. Amazing service from beginning to end. Always fast to respond to email enquiries. Sizing process is well guided and returns and exchanges are easy. Quality of shoes is amazing and have never had complaint. Can’t recommend enough.”
