“The service I received from happy little soles was great, the product was initially really great too however shortly after the 100 day Vivo barefoot guarantee, we are left with shoes that are no longer usable due to holes in the upper material. The shoes haven’t been used for anything other than gentle walking but they now have visible holes in the same area on both the left and right shoe. I really would have expected a sustainably branded company(Vivo barefoot) to produce something a little more robust or in fact fit for purpose. Sorry for such negative feedback but I thought you should be made aware. Thanks.”
