“Please start doing an exchange service. The service was great but the shoes I ordered for my daughter came up small so I ended up spending £14ish on postage as I had to pay for postage for both pairs. Given that it’s an online company and you can’t try the shoes on it should be that you only have to pay postage once if the shoes don’t fit.”

“Excellent service from Happy Little Soles! The shoes I bought initially for my child were too wide (because I forgot to read the details on the website before ordering) and I received a refund very quickly on returning them. The Bobux shoes for narrow feet are perfect and my child finds them comfortable. We will be delighted to continue using the Happy Little Soles website in future!”

“Absolutely love these froddo canvas shoes, we used to order them from abroad but it's so much easier to order from HLS! Quick services and free returns definitely come in handy although their sizing advice is so accurate!”

“Really well laid out website and a sizing system which provides great confidence in the fit even the first time you shop. Excellent detail regarding the fit, form and materials in the shoes. substantial effort put into providing info regarding the materials used; and quick shipping in minimal and sustainable packaging to top it all off. The fitting gauge arrived with the slider cracked, but a bit of superglue sorted that out so for the sake of €3 it's hardly worth complaining about, and it will be a handy tool to have for the next time we're buying. Without doubt the best value shopping experience, online or otherwise, that I've had for the kids yet.”
