“Whenever I phone the customer helpline I always get a friendly and professional advice and a fast service. The reason why I didn’t score 5 stars is that I could not change my order placed the night before I called as it was already processed and your team couldn’t change the delivery to next day, perhaps it’s a bit inflexible however your adviser has managed to ship it to me in time via first class.”

Unfortunately, we cannot always make changes to orders made the night before because our warehouse team start earlier than the office staff and emails are not always picked up in time. “So pleased to find this little UK company selling barefoot shoes! It means buying/returning shoes will be so much easier now I don't have to mess about with European retailers. The shoes (Peerko) fit brilliantly and are a lovely healthy swap for my old feet-squashing Converse. Ordering was very easy, and delivery was prompt so all in all my experience was excellent and I will definitely be returning.”
