“We have bought all our son's shoes from you (bar a few pairs of wellies we were gifted) and are always very impressed. THe fitting info works-and if in doubt and we get in touch you are always very helpful. This time, our son needed shoes urgently, having outgrown those he had, during covid19 and you repied to my email within the hour and shipped some out within the same morning, with a sensible adjustment to the return period.Luckily, we didnt need it as the shoes fit perfectly- even though he has very wide feet with a high arch with can make it tricky. What more could I ask for! Thank you once again.”
