“I recently placed a couple of orders with Happy Little Soles (sizes weren't quite right first time, my fault 🤦). I was really very happy with the service. Both orders were received within the week and we're well packed. The return was easy and HLS communicated well about it being received and the refund progress. I was worried about there not being anyone to speak to, but it was fine and everything worked seamlessly.”

“Unfortunately one pair of shoes was out of stock and it was not possible to pick different one to be delivered within one shipping cost. Although my mobile was filled in my account it was not printed on the address label so I had to contact delivery company to agree delivery date and time. Also I have received no email about delivery as my mail address was not handled to delivery company.”

“I was really happy with the amount of information on the website which really helped in understanding how to measure my childrens feet and get an appropriate style for them. I was very happy with the vivobarefoot brand however I ordered the wrong size for one of my children and was pleased to be able to return and order a different size. My only issue was that I did not receive any email confirmation that the return had been received and refunded. I did find this eventually in my account on the website but I expected ot have received email confirmation also.”
