“Lovely bags. Excellent service. I got a call the day after placing my order to let me know one of the items was out of stock. They asked if I would like one sent on or if I was happy to wait just a few days & both items would be sent together. Have ordered something else already! Would definitely recommend Happy bags.”

“I bought this bag for my friend who lives in Italy. I have this image of her taking it to the local shops and returning with it full of wine, pasta and olives! I was so impressed with the service as the item arrived very promptly and was well packaged. It looks great although the bag itself was neatly folded and zipped up in the matching purse. I didn't unzip it for fear of not being able to get it back in so neatly. I intend to order one for myself in the new year, but which one should I choose: Italy, London, Paris? Decisions, decisions........”
