Not exactly happy as I ordered a black spotted bag but received a red and white spotted instead.I kept the bag as I went away for the holiday and needed it.I was not impressed with the interior design - too many small pockets and not enough space for larger items.The bag was described on the web site as extra large- bit misleading wouldn't buy another or recommend it.

Dear Cecilia, we are so sorry that we sent you the incorrect bag. We are happy to exchange it for the bag you actually ordered, despite that fact you had to use it as it was entirely our mistake. If you could email us a photo of the bag you received in error, and the product code, we can see if we sent you an original size Ruby Dots as we suspect, as opposed to the Extra Large Dots you ordered. This would explain why it seemed a lot smaller than anticipated.

By the times you put your stuff in the bag, it puffs out and becomes extremely bulky. The red case can only hold 1 nappy. Any more, it pops out the side. No initial keyring in the bag as promised. Not a lot of choice for fabric design. I wouldn't recommend the product. But I wouldn't not recommend it. I don't really have any feelings on it to be honest. It's 50% ok.

Thank you for your review. We can see you ordered the Skip Hop Pronto Connected Dots. You mentioned that the red case only holds one nappy. We just wanted to check that you know the plastic red case included with the Pronto is designed to hold wet wipes? The Pronto has pockets to hold a few nappies. We staple the free alphabet charms to the top of the invoice in a small, clear plastic bag. Please could you check your invoice to see if it is there? If we have missed it we are happy to send one direct to you.

Bag organisation is really good with , Many zipped compartments plus stand up little pockets which provide places to stand up little bottles of your essentials like cleanser, small tubes etc. I bought a set of small bottles and tubes which I decanted my much loved products into. There's also an eclectic hop to place your hairbrush and headband. The colour is much darker and duller than I thought it would be and I have to fiddle with the zip on one side when rezipping bag, hence the three star review. I did find the hanging hook really good, for hanging up in a very small cruise ship bathroom- don't know how I would have managed without this bag as there was little counter space, also nothing topples over when left in bag.

The only reason I have given it 3 is because I thought the handles were as long as the previous 2 that I bought a couple of months ago so probably won't be using it much as it's too short to put across my shoulder - my fault for not checking before I purchased it

We are sorry you can't put the bag on your shoulder, the plain coloured Minimaxi bags have shorter handles than the patterned ones. If you have not yet used your bag you are most welcome to return it under our 30 day returns policy for a refund or exchange to a patterned bag.

Didn't receive my free TAG, searched all package and in side the bag there was no TAG that was promised. B Grace.

Dear Bernadatte, we are sorry you did not have a tag with your parcel. We have just checked your order details and you had not selected to receive one. To claim your free tag you need to tick the box on the product page that says 'Tick to claim your free Alphabet Charm'. Upon reaching checkout, you will then be asked to select the letter of the alphabet you would like to have.

Bought a fold up shopping bag with inscribed tag. The tag was spelt incorrectly even though the document was written correctly.

Very good quality materials and a good concept. I haven't used it yet but I have set it up and collapsed it for stowing. The props to stiffen the basket are a bit tiresome to insert and especially to remove and I also worry they will get lost. Could they be just swivelled to stow.? The integral zip bag is a great idea and the props do fit in there.

Good product shame about the slow delivery due to suppliers move. Received good communication on status of order and were apologetic so would not put me off shopping again at happy bags.

Dear Katherine, we are very sorry about the extended delay you suffered. As you quite rightly said, a supplier's change of location greatly slowed down our receipt of new stock. Thankfully they are now all settled into their new premises and stock is flowing again.
