Dear Anne, we are sorry you are not happy with the stitching. Is the product faulty or just not to your taste? We have a 30 day returns policy so please feel free to return it for a refund if you do not wish to keep your purchase.

Unfortunately our review request emails went out regardless of whether your order is ready for dispatch to you. We apologise for this.
