“Received the bag and am very happy with my purchase. My only comment would be that they don't answer the phones you have to leave a message and then wait for a response back. I had to follow up my phone message with an email which was answered eventually. I am lucky that eventually my bag turned up.”

We are sorry we were not able to take your call straight away during our office hours. During busy times we are sometimes dealing with couriers or deliveries and can be away from the telephone. We are pleased that you are happy with your bag.

“The best size hanging toiletry bag I found online and a good price. It looks good but I won't be using it until January on a long-haul trip to the far East and New Zealand so can't comment on the practicality of it.”

“The Happy Bag is very well made, lovely design and looks great but I am quite tall (5ft 7ins) and find the handles not really long enough to pull the Happybag easily which is ashame”

“Lovely toiletry bag which will be useful with many compartments when travelling. Would give a 5 star but there was no charm even though I checked the packaging very well as advised when booking :(”

“The service was excellent and the wheely bag arrived promptly. Unfortunately I had interpreted the photo of same as having a rigid back and handle but thought it may work for me anyway so took it to town. It was very difficult to pull once goods were in it. I won't use it again. Such a shame.”

We are sorry you did not get on well with your Folding Shopping Trolley. It does not have a rigid back as it needs to fold up into the small rectangle shape when not in use. We do have a 30 day returns policy but unfortunately cannot accept returns once an item has been used out and about. We hope that maybe in time you can find a way to get the trolley to work for you.

“Bought as a gift. Debated whether to get extra large but went for standard size. On opening thought perhaps I should have gone for extra large. However on opening it if cleverly fitted out with bottle holders zipped pocket for damp face cloths + other storage. Plenty big enough. Bag looks to be of high quality and good value”
