“Everytime I read your e-mails of things going on at your establishment, I wish I lived near you. You sound like a place I would enjoy visiting very often. Since I can not go, I enjoy your tea by ordering it to be sent. It is always sent quickly and it is delicious. This order was for my grand-nephew's significant other who is just starting to try loose-leaf tea and I knew she just had to try yours since I enjoy it so much.”

“I want to thank all of the employees of the Happy Lucky Teahouse when I was there last month. I had questions about tea bags vs. loose tea, and the person who waited on me was knowlegeable about both kinds. Due to his knowledge, I was able to purchase some loose tea, and will now know how to use it, since I had only used tea bags previously.”
