“Tea selection is above none. Customer service does not meet the standards of a great place. If you want great tea go here, just don’t expect service to be good.”

“Appreciate suggestions and I like what I drink as a result. Recently purchased boba tea for our teens and it wasn't a hit. Bummed.”

“They have a great selection of tea. When I stopped in I asked for an iced tea sweetened with honey, a splash of oat milk, and boba. When I got it it had a ton of oat milk, no honey, and no boba. I pointed out to her that she had forgot the boba and then she said oh we are out and refunded my card the 2 dollar add on. She also apologized to me for putting so much oat milk in it. I then had to sweeten the drink myself. It wasn’t the worst experience, but it wasn’t the best.”

“I ordered a 3 month subscription for my mother for Mother’s Day. The first box arrived 2 days before and she loved it! The second box arrived a week later. Hoping the third one arrives in July. The tea is great and she loves the variety, the shipping timing could be improved.”
