“We really like Happy Lucky's tea quality and taste. The only comment I have is observed inconsistency with discounts depending on which staff member assists. Nov/Dec 2024 I ordered over 80 oz of tea in many 4 oz packages and received the 15% discount, and the next time I went in and ordered 20 oz of tea, (I believe 16 oz qualifies for the 15% discount.), we were told we could only receive the 10% discount as we had asked for 2 bags of 10 oz each.”

“I like the variety of the teas on offer and they are arranged to be easily viewed. Wish I'd had more time to peruse all of the items in stock. I'm not a fan of green tea (odd taste due to meds) so was sad that jasmine tea was not available paired with black tea. On the whole your store stocks some very good tea. The Earl Gray was tasty! I use it to make tea biscuits. Staff was competent.”

The shipping process use by Happy Lucky’s Teahouse is extraordinarily slow….and, not related to the pandemic because it was terrible even before. It would be great to find an alternative.”

“We love the teas! I love the English and Irish breakfast. My wife loves several of the Rooibos teas. Overall, the service is great. And the people I've talked to on the phone (we mainly - due to Covid - get our teas shipped to us) have been pleasant and helpful. We dig the new look and logo. And, we both absolutely HATE the new bags you're using to ship/sell teas in. They don't open fully, and are clunky and hard to use - whether sticking a spoon into them to retrieve tea, or in pouring into a measuring unit to do the same. Please fix them! The previous bags were much easier to use and store.”
