I am thrilled that Happy Lucky's seems to have successfully weathered the pandemic & is again thriving! On my most recent visit to Happy Lucky's, the leafsters were friendly as usual. I purchased 4 teas that were packaged by the leafster in the newly rebranded bags. We noticed that it seemed difficult for him to fill the bags, & he kept shaking the tea down to get more in the bag. Once I got home, I realized that the new bags really don't work well--the opening is small so it's impossible to scoop directly from the bag. Not sure what was wrong with the old ones. So...still LOVE your teas but would ditch the new bags.

I like it and I am going to order again .

The Jasmine Dragon tea that I bought is delicious, the flavour is exquisite. I will be back to purchase more. The Moroccan Mint tea was not good, there is no flavour. I've allowed the tea to brew at the recommended time and it was simply flavourless.

Great product, very difficult getting ahold of someone for wholesale opportunities.

This is really good tea! And individualized instructions for each brew was great. The Taiwan Frozen Summit so far is my favorite.

One of the things I like(d) best about Happy Lucky's was getting loose leaf tea in my own reusable container. I try hard to eliminate waste from single use packaging. I understand COVID makes things challenging, but was disappointed to by pre-packaged tea on my last trip as it was the only option (Harmony location).

I have been told caffeine can be often in most black teas and some green teas. I prefer low or no caffeine teas near bedtime. There isn’t an obvious sign regarding stimulants within each tea 😳. I don’t want to have teas to put me to sleep, only let me relax naturally. Just a suggestion

Online ordering is easy and the teas are fantastic!

Wish I had known when ordering 5 if the same flavor they would be combined into 1 bag. Had ordered as stocking stuffers so gad to redistribute into generic ziplock bags. You may want to consider that marketing mishap next year. Your packaging is very attractive. Let it do its job for you.

We are sorry for the confusion! Because we charge by the ounce and not the bag - the tea always comes in one bag. We do have a place to add a note for online orders that lets us know to separate the ounces into different bags!
I wish you were still offering the Nepal Garuda’s Talon, and Korea Jungjak Green.
