“I love this place. But on my last visit, it was busy and the workers were very stressed. They were doing their best, but when my tea latte came out, it did not have milk in it. When I brought this to their attention, they poured some cold milk in the drink, rather than steam the milk to make a latte. Just sad to pay that much and not get the drink I asked for. Maybe the next visit will be better. But I probably will start leaving if it is busy.”

“The way your store is setup it's very difficult to navigate in a wheelchair. I used the grab bar in the bathroom once and pulled it out of the wall because it wasn't properly anchored.”

“I've come into Lucky's numerous times over the years and have typically always really enjoyed my visit. I appreciate the staffs knowledge base when asking about food options that are low to no caffeine or something nice for the hot day. Everyone has always been really welcoming and caring to any questions. This last time I have to admit I was really unimpressed with one of the two young girls behind the counter sitting on the counter even as I approached. They were nice, more interested in getting breakfast delivered, but nothing like my previous visits where the staff has been really attentive. If I were to only think of this past visit on whether I would return.. I'd probably stick to my favorite tea shop in Old Town instead.”

“Service was fine, I was excited to try the new boba but unfortunately it was unpleasantly hard and overpriced. There also wasn't any simple syrup to sweeten it up at all.”
