When I walk into Happy Lucky's to buy tea, I expect to be able to buy it without a hassle. The job of your employees is NOT to act like a cop and trying to force someone to wear a mask!!! They are not police officers! What are they are doing is driving away good customers who have paid you lots of money for many years. What a shame. Follow the science: -Masks have not stopped or significantly slowed the spread of the virus that causes COVID-19. -Social distancing isn't helping. -Vaccines do not stop the spread; they give a false sense of security so that when vaccinated, people think they are safe when they are actually spreading it to others; they do not help the 97% of the population who would have no effects from the virus anyway; there are huge numbers of people experiencing side effects from these brand new "messenger RNA" drugs and they are causing great amounts of viral mutation (as well as generating a lot of revenue for some people). -Vaccine mandates are causing huge employment issues and great dichotomy amongst an already angry and emotionally frustrated population -Lockdowns did not stop the spread--only hugely damaged the economy. NOTHING has significantly impacted this virus to stop or even slow it down! As a person of science who understands the nature of this situation, the only way out is through. Your staff trying to cram a mask onto your customers is NOT helpful. If you believe the politicians and the media, you are sadly being misled REGARDLESS of yet another brainless "emergency mandate". Ask yourself this as we begin our second year of this pandemic: at what point does this situation still qualify as an emergency? When a customer says NO to a mask the first time it's offered, your employee should then shut up and do their job to sell tea. There are a lot of angry, crazy people out there who have beaten and killed those who have forced the mask issue. Encouraging your employees to enforce masks is a risky proposition for a minimum wage person in this emotionally charged climate. If I am hassled again, Happy Lucky's will lose my business permanently. Do that to enough of your customers and you will go out of business.

I would love to give a review on your tea- but I have yet to receive my order after two weeks. When I contacted you about not receiving the order I was asked if I contacted the delivery company. Even though this was a small order I feel a little more concern and or another option should have been offered - to make this even worse this was a gift needed for tomorrow night. As of last night my package was still in Denver Colorado and I am located on the East Coast.

flat out disappointed in the last subscription. If you are going to cancel half an order because of discontinued tea varieties--wouldn't you want to let the customer know? But I was not notified before the half order was shipped out. Full charge was made and I have not seen the refund yet in my Visa card.

Unknown quality of the tea. Never got to try it. Planned on having it while on vacation. So shipped to where I was going to be staying. Ordered a few days before I left abs paid for expedited shipping so it would arrive within a day or two of the start of my vacation. But it didn't get shipped until a week after I ordered it (ordered 4/30, shipped 5/7). Pretty disappointing. Hopefully someone got to enjoy it. Money down the drain otherwise.
