“While I am not often downtown, I always stop in for a cool drink in the summer and a warm tea in the winter. Your selection is excellent, and your employees are always very nice.”

“There are a few tea houses in Ft Collins but Lucky’s stand out because of their selection of teas, they’re very friendly, patient, and accommodating staff, and of course their unique location. The pole from the old firehouse is right in front of the register. The back room user to also be a jail. I encourage you to visit.”

“The way your store is setup it's very difficult to navigate in a wheelchair. I used the grab bar in the bathroom once and pulled it out of the wall because it wasn't properly anchored.”

“I've come into Lucky's numerous times over the years and have typically always really enjoyed my visit. I appreciate the staffs knowledge base when asking about food options that are low to no caffeine or something nice for the hot day. Everyone has always been really welcoming and caring to any questions. This last time I have to admit I was really unimpressed with one of the two young girls behind the counter sitting on the counter even as I approached. They were nice, more interested in getting breakfast delivered, but nothing like my previous visits where the staff has been really attentive. If I were to only think of this past visit on whether I would return.. I'd probably stick to my favorite tea shop in Old Town instead.”

“They have a great selection of tea. When I stopped in I asked for an iced tea sweetened with honey, a splash of oat milk, and boba. When I got it it had a ton of oat milk, no honey, and no boba. I pointed out to her that she had forgot the boba and then she said oh we are out and refunded my card the 2 dollar add on. She also apologized to me for putting so much oat milk in it. I then had to sweeten the drink myself. It wasn’t the worst experience, but it wasn’t the best.”
