I emailed on 5 June to say the table was delivered but was damaged. 16 June now and not received a reply.

Further update to my order dated 5 July (2020). I had a call from Haus a few days ago saying delivery would be about end of Sept. We had a long discussion about the bad reviews (incl mine) - Haus even now seem to me to be blaming customers for complaining and not looking at their own process and (lack of) communication. Anyway, had a call from the transport co today - delivery fixed for 7 October so I've increased my rating to 2 stars. Will update next week. I am sure Haus is genuine, that there has been a very significant increase in orders - does seem to be the desks for people homeworking that is the issue and all of you will get your orders in the fullness of time. In my case 70 working days or 3 months and 2 days (assuming delivery is as scheduled).

My order for a desk was placed on 14 Jun with a 4 to 6 week delivery time, Im still waiting, even though the payment has been taken from my account.

I ordered desk on 26th May - it said "in stock - 5-10 days delivery" I finally received desk today on 28th July I like the desk, it's well made, was well delivered by couriers with good communication and updates and was a good price I didn't like the two months of my life I wasted on countless emails, phone calls, social etc. to try and get updates Pause your advertising, employ more staff and be better at customer service Also don't say items can be delivered in 10 days when they can't To those worrying that this is a scam, they aren't, they are real, they just have some significant problems managing their business at the moment - and if they've really had 8x increase in demand - then my sympathy is limited - how many businesses in the UK would kill for any increase in demand at the moment - lots

I ordered a desk on the 16th of May and as of yet I still haven't received it .I have managed to speak to the company a few weeks away and although very apologetic I still haven't any idea when the desk will arrive . I decided to cancel my order and sent them an email to request this and rang several times but after waiting on hold for eternity it just goes to answerphone . So I don't know if I am getting a refund or even if I am getting a desk We all understand the overwhelming challenges you are facing but without customers you would have a company Please please can someone contact me You really are letting yourselves down Haus

Same for me as below....ordered a desk on May 26th and its now June 17th and nothing from Haus Direct other than an order confirmation. Sent a chaser and no response...now listening to the annoying muzak on the phone...actually, just got message after 6 minutes saing they are busy and leave a number. Ditto.. the Covid-19 sympathy but many other companies are now operating pretty much normally, and of 100% importance, keeping their customers informed. No information and no ability to connect = fed up and lost customer! The first and now the last purchase I will make from Haus Direct!

Ordered a desk online .. expected delivery 10-15 working days. Im concerned over the desk not arriving due to nobody has emailed me back or would answer the phone. I understand with COVID-19 its hard for your customer service team just would like some reassurance on this matter???

Ordered 31 jan. still not received goods (a chair) or had any comms from the company except the call I made to them. Now they’re not answering phones. Poor.

I placed an order on May 5th for two bean bags and have heard nothing since receiving my order confirmation it’s now 21 days later. I’ve called them 7 times and only managed to speak to someone last week how assured me that me item was ready and should be dispatched any day but when I log in the status of my order is still processing.. They have taken £250 out of my account.

Appalling service. I order an item and at the time was given a 3-7 day delivery window. And yet after two weeks of waiting and several calls full of misinformation, I have been told it will be another two weeks. I understand of the challenges that the present environment brings but such a complete disregard for customers is truly staggering. Suffice to say I have cancelled my order and will never either order from them again or tell anyone to do so.

After placing an order on 10th December we were lead to believe from the website that we would receive the item prior to Christmas, which is fantastic when it's a Christmas gift! We had no confirmation of delivery details for over 1 week and despite chasing - Still no response from 3 emails chasing up the product, all totally ignored. Called and held for over 15 minutes each time only to be then told the lines are busy and to call back another time! After much frustration, calls, voice mails, emails etc we eventually got the item on the 20th January, yes the 20th January! Item in question was a desk for my 13 year old son to go with his computer that he got for Christmas, so it was hugely disappointing for us. The desk itself is nice but the service was absolutely appalling, I am totally shocked that a business can operate like this in the current climate. Really poor service. Not impressed at all.

Please can we ask if you have noted the usual delivery lead time for the item you have purchased which is noted on the product page under the add to cart button? Received a hi-fi cabinet, paid £215.00 and 2 of us attempted to put it together. Biggest problem was the screws wouldn’t fit into the metal frame..the pre-drilled holes had not been tapped which meant it was impossible to screw in. For the price I paid , the quality should have been better.

The quality of the cabinet is passable, but not great. It's not particularly sturdy, the wood is thin and it has cheap looking plastic fillers. Also extremely disappointing that a piece of furniture at this price comes flat packed with a million and one screws/bolts/instructions to put it together! HAUS customer service/delivery etc. was good but I'm not impressed with the item. Overall it's like something from Ikea. Couldn't/didn't feel like we would send it back after the effort to put it together.
