Thank you Haus direct for the delivery of my order, product as arrived as promised despite some concerns made initially through reviews I had read I called the company before ordering and was briefed on the reasons behind other customers complaining, with my credit card protection I decided to go ahead and order and pleased to say everything went smooth and boxes arrived in great condition not something I would usually look out for but just saying the transaction was a good experience and came within the advertised window. I would not hesitate to recommend from my experience. It seems like they are trying hard to keep everyone happy from my conversation with sales. Given 4 stars as I would have preferred a delivery time slot but had to wait all day, maybe harsh but in todays world i don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect it.

Thank you for supplying my stunning cabinet, more than satisfied with my experience with this company and cannot fault my experience despite many others complaining, I can only imagine as my discussion with the sales team not many people really go out of there way and take the time and leave any positive feedback. I promised the team I would as it said 6 weeks received in 3.5 weeks and delivery service was fantastic, my reason for leaving 4 stars and not 5 is simply due to my difficulty placing my order online and I was frustrated with the payment page crashing on me, I’m not the best with computers but at the time it was very hard to use so I called the team up and it was all fixed in the end , probably harsh to only give 4/5 but I feel the service and delivery was exceptional and I promised I would give an honest opinion so here I am. I would certainly come back again and I can 100% validate this is a legitimate company. Faultless in my experience.

I ordered a storage cupboard to a specification that I could not find elsewhere. Delivery took longer than indicated but when it arrived the quality was excellent and met my specification. Unfortunately due to my measurement error the cupboard did not fit so I arranged to return it. Again the return process took time but was successful and I obtained a full refund (less the collection charge). The whole process was handled well I just needed patience.

Delivery finally arrived 2 days ago, just finished building my desk, product is fantastic quality and better than expected for the price to be fair. Only gripe would be item took 1 week longer than the customer service team advised me it would, guess in the grand scheme of things 1 week is not 1 month but would be good to be told as we have a busy household and didn’t know what day it would arrive until 2 days before delivery was made, delivery team were good and they did notify me before coming but would be good let me know at the time of my enquiry last week and the team could not tell me. Maybe I am being too critical here but nonetheless it’s here and I am very happy with this buy. You have reinstated my confidence and give you 4/5 for your company rating.

Our desk arrived yesterday after a long delay. After reading negative reviews we were concerned about ever getting our order, but were reassured by Haus Direct when we contacted the company. Trading during a pandemic must be a nightmare for companies trying to import and distribute orders. Thanks to Sam and an efficient courier our desk finally reached us and has been successfully assembled and put into use. Thank you Haus Direct and good luck with future trading. Please everyone be patient!

I ordered a sofa last Friday and received it today, within a week and no problems. I had read a lot of bad reviews after i had purchased the sofa so was worried I would not receive this, however I was informed on the delivery times and everything ran as planned.

Fab product and service. Ordered 20th May goods arrived last week. Used credit card just in case as some appear to be having communication issues, my goods were delivered in good time so no complaint. Driver seemed under pressure and left the box outside but with COVID-19 limitations on service guess that’s to be expected. Thanks haus.

Unfortunately the console table came without instructions and we had to have phone directions to put it together. Apparently,they are in the process of writing the instructions . Otherwise we are very happy with our new table.

Thank you for sorting out the damaged tv unit recently delivered, the corner appeared to have had some transit damage and thanks to Haus Direct they rectified the problem with the replacement delivered 2 days later. I’ve emailed you an image of the frank Olsen tv stand in our room, looks amazing, please pass this on to your helpful lady on the telephone as I promised her this image for your customer gallery.

Unfortunately due to many items delivered via third party services we cannot offer the same delivery experience on every purchase with regards to timed deliveries, each item factors costs associated to them and to remain competitive without reducing your overall service level experience to much we have to apply the best service available in the interest of the product itself whether a small or large piece. With some goods prone to transit handling damages we select the service best suited which can often impact the timeframe and service execution i.e. time slot or all day slot to ensure the product is delivered from A to B in an expected and satisfactory condition. Today received my Maximus desk. Great quality! It was worth the wait. When I ordered I underestimated the 4-6 weeks delivery time, in fact I started thinking to the worst, but after calling the customer center have been reassured that the delivery was going to happen by the 6th week as the product was made in germany. I would definitely order again from Haus direct in the future.

Excellent product, courier driver could have been a little more happier as this would have made me give you 5*, a smile does not cost anything, maybe this is my age showing. All in all great product from last weeks purchase, our console table is now built and the wife loves it so thats a result for me! :-) Great site with a great offering! Sure to visit again.
