Ordered two b-beds arrived in 3 days, advertised 5-15 days at the time perfect service from our experience, had a good chat with Joe from customer services and he was very sincere and educated me on delays in general as we did place another order a fees before which hasn’t arrived as of yet despite our latest order coming earlier, I missed the lead time but it does clearly state 6-8 weeks so that’s my fault. Just felt like it’s only fair to share my experience as it’s been nothing like the others on here, call the number on the website not the email confirmation I found that easy to get through everytime within a few seconds and didn’t have to wait in a queue for long at all. Thank you for a wondering quality product and can’t wait for more consistent sun to use it in the garden now!

Thank you HAUSDIRECT, made a purchase on Jan 5th delivery was made yesterday and was such a pleasant experience, I spoke with a very friendly man called Joe and he was fantastic in assisting me with our purchase from the start to finish as I had an assembly issue yesterday and he managed to help sort it out, it was my error but felt the need to come on here and leave a review as these guys work very hard and everyone on here seems only complain but to actually go out your way and write something constructive is equally as important. The build of my Silas console is perfect, very well built and the packaging was probably the best well secured packaging and thickness of cardboard I’ve ever seen, maybe because it came from the Netherlands possibly but it really is better in real life than in the images which is I am overwhelmed with. Fits perfectly in our hall way. Big thank you to Joe and the team and also thank you to the driver as he rang me as requested 1 hour before delivery. The fine details most people forget to feedback on but service was exceptional and delivery within 4 weeks and advertised was 6-8 weeks. Happy with our experience despite initial concerns from reviews seen prior to making purchase, would not hesitate to buy again, product supplied as described and better than images to be honest. Delivery arrived earlier than advertised timeframe, thanks for everything, just goes to show don’t believe everything you read. Well done HAUS DIRECT for keeping your word, sorry to have doubted you initially.

I would not hesitate to buy from HAUS again, pleasant experience, ordered a Morris desk item took 3 weeks longer than expected but it was well worth the wait. Delivery service was spot on, I was told when I spoke with Sam about the delays due to Brexit which I accounted for so was nothing too alarming, I have the same issue with Hillary’s blinds and they are even quoting longer timeframes. On the whole this company deserve more credit, we have called the website number 3 times since placing the order and got through just fine to the CS team. Keep up the hard work, can’t always please everyone and especially with high levels of sourcing difficulties many are suffering with, you pulled thriving HAUS so good for you. Best Wishes Sue Welsh

Pleased with our experience with HD, communication was fine from the company, not sure what people would expect, placed my order, confirmation received immediately, website stated 10-20 working days average delivery time, goods arrived on 14th day. From email confirmation 2 days before delivery received booking email and despatch notification from HD, what more do you need? Maybe as a frequent shopper online I don’t need my hand held but some people seem to complain about everything. It’s a great shame as I read reviews here before ordering, if I was not savvy and of course realise by purchasing on my MasterCard I as a consumer am protected others however are more likely to shop elsewhere if not aware of protection in the event a company if fraudulent, this to me is not a true representation of HD, they were fantastic in my experience and have delivered what I believe is a top quality product. I will not hesitate to shop here again and I think all customers should give them the opportunity. Let’s be honest complainers will always complain, I’m in support of leaving positive reviews and give credit where credit is due. Thanks again and hope you can win more customers over as you have a great business and product offering.

Would not hesitate to buy from you, my son purchased his new home during the current pandemic and HD managed to provide the products we needed with a reasonable window, the desk was delayed but only by 2 weeks as they mentioned Brexit was causing some delays, we received many pieces early and the office chair arrived next day so we trusted this was the case, my son and his partner love the products and have said the quality is brilliant, unfortunately we have not seen it due to restrictions but wanted to share my experience as we were put off by some reviews we had seen, pleased to say this company is 100% real. Fantastic service from Sam, from start to finish he has hand held us though our journey, not shopped with haus direct before and having read negative reviews relating to communication mainly I have to say we did not have such an experience, we will not hesitate in shopping with you again and I do wonder how genuine other reviews are here as we got through to you within 10 seconds each time of calling. Thank you again for our office furniture, we have emailed you pictures of the room setting, you maybe able to use the images as it shows great detail and the ones on your site don’t capture the full quality of what we have received, we are overwhelmed with this German quality for the price we have paid. Amazing desk, love our new Morris desk, having placed my order before the Brexit crisis not only did I receive great value as the price has now gone up but the delivery was very smooth form my experience. Having not seen the bad reviews until after I had placed my order, I expected to encounter issues. However, this was not the case. My sofa and chairs arrived within the timespan quoted on the website despite being in lockdown. I was very satisfied with the company's communication and the delivery company used. Great quality products and value for money. Would definitely order from this company again.

Really impressed with our purchase, not only did I save money from shopping here you have completed our living room look, we have been renovating our house during lock down and the rodeo sofa has lifted the look, very luxurious indeed and certainly a statement piece. Despite Brexit delays in January I have received my update today, I had initially logged a concern but given the circumstances with delivered delayed everywhere I am experiencing the same situation with 2 other companies, looking at the reviews people se m to complain about communication but I have had an issue at all with that, in fact if you call the 0333 number you get straight through and Both Tom and Kirsty have been a pleasure to speak with. My gripe is just the delay on my order from Europe but to be honest that’s not really Haus Direct simply the British Public concerning those voting for Brexit, this is the consequence, can’t believe DPD have suspended services into the UK from Europe. Thanks for the latest status and look forward to receiving my order next week. Stay safe guys and continue to do what your doing and don’t give in to the haters here, my experience has been a good one.

Received our Teepee bed this weekend, all built and quality is fantastic, waited longer than expected however it has been well worth the wait, having read reviews initially I was quickly reassured by the team and they have satisfied my initially concerns, I would not hesitate to shop here again. They deserve more credit than the haters on here, maybe question are the negatives all really real as my experience was pleasant and a 1.5 week delay is certainly not something I would go to efforts to slate, challenging times for the last 9 months. Thank you guys, we are now looking at ordering the matching bookcase. x

I must admit I was incredibly sceptical after reading all the bad reviews on Trustpilot, but I'm so glad I went for it and ordered my desk! Customer service was fantastic, my order arrived well in advance and the courier bought it directly to my flat. Couldn't be happier. Sorry for doubting you!

I am very surprised to read all the poor comments. I have nothing but praise for this company. My calls have always been returned and I have found them very helpful. The desk has arrived on time today. Excellent communication and very pleased with the Kobi desk.
