“The canvas' produced were of a very high quality and we are very happy with them. Only small down is one with dark green trees is almost black. I can understand that dark colours are the toughest to get right. Still looks good though.”

“I ordered a metal print and am very pleased with the end result. The service provided was very good too. I was concerned the box would reveal my order as this is a gift for my wife. I was quickly informed via email not to worry. Only concern, I noticed that the bracket is not fixed however I'm hoping that this is part of the design and will be fine once I put it up following my wife's birthday. I deducted a star as there is always room for improvement. Possibly gift wrap options and removing the note which states Fragile painting stuck on the box. Overall I will certainly be ordering again. Thank you.”

“Price very competitive. Production time shorter than expected. Packing and delivery worked as you would hope. Finished article was a little darker than we had hoped but the quality was first class. Use the company again? Yes. Recommend? Yes.”

“Hi I've ordered from you before and it's been great - fab service and great prints. On this occasion my print was very dark. The wedding dress should be white, I cannot see the grooms face or the colour of the bridesmaids dress etc. I won't be able to use it - I'm really disappointed. I tried to email this through to Hello Canvas as a reply to this email but unfortunately the reply was rejected.”

“Quality of reproduction, print definition and colour matching were excellent. Delivery exactly as promised. I would have given 5 stars instead of the 4, but for a small bit of detritus that was trapped under the canvas at top front of the image, causing a light catching bump. Once seen, you can't unsee it ! However was wasn't too big, so let it go to it's recipient, my daughter. I will certainly use Hellocanvas again.”

“The photo was initially printed with a bizarre fault whereby 2 discs had been cut out of the cardboard behind the picture and these made the surface uneven. I contacted the company and it was replaced with an apology and without a quibble. Very professional. .”

“Canvas looks fantastic, however the image wraps slightly over the edges which is something I asked them to avoid. Ruins the picture, also the detail isn't very sharp at all. I made sure the print would be at least 270ppi yet they still managed to blur the details. This may be an issue with the canvas itself but it really detracts from the image.”

“My canvas was delivered on time, but the quote i wanted was not on it after being told one could be added.. I feel that this was a rushed order to get the canvas out to the customer as it was ordered a few days before christmas. Although i may add the person who recieved the gift loved it regardless of the quote being on it or not.”
