“Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish.
I chose Hello Services for an end-of-tenancy clean expecting a professional and reliable service, but unfortunately that wasn't my experience. They were late getting started, did not pass on relevant information to the cleaners, the clean was not completed to the standard I expected ... but the most frustrating part was what happened afterwards. When I raised my concerns, I repeatedly had to chase just to receive a response. It was only after submitting a second complaint that I finally received a reply.
I was left feeling that customer satisfaction was not a priority and that resolving my complaint fairly was less important than simply closing it. The tone and manner of the emails received was poor, and falls far below what I would expect of a professional company.
It's particularly disappointing because I have used Hello Services previously and had always been impressed. Unfortunately, this experience has very much changed my opinion.”

- left shelves and surfaces untouched "we dont do them"
- un-mopped floors
- didnt touch banister area, skirting boards, windows at all
- left bins bags full of their cleaning rubbish in front of my neighbours car on his driveway
- complained and offered a re-clean with deep shower clean for £30 extra as it was missed off the first invoice
- cleaners call me morning of to tell me im to pay ANOTHER £70 for the shower, i explain ive already paid they just didnt do the shower
- turned up to the re-clean at 0900, spent 40 minutes in their car, were gone again by 1000 leaving inner door open and lights on.
- complain again to be offered 15% and shower £30. They then offer 20% and shower 30 bringing it to a grand total of £80 refund on a £280 clean that was basically never done.
I paid for an end of tenancy thinking it was the best but ive undoubtedly lost some of my deposit and im out £280. Never ever use this company.”

I had to pay for the cleaning service before it commenced, I should have known it was bad news.
I booked a deep clean for the kitchen, including the oven with this cleaning company for the 11/05/26 and I was left extremely disappointed. Not only did team Yousef arrive over an hour late, they did not provide the services I paid for.
At first glance all seemed fine, team Yousef wanted me to leave a 5 star review, I wrote something but I didn’t post it until I did further inspections. Some of the cupboards weren’t clean inside and surrounding surrounding weren’t clean either. The hinges and oven doors were grimy and dirty. The dining table, floor and skirting boards and many other parts of the kitchen were unclean.
I didn’t receive what was advertised on the website. I contacted customer service and was offered 25% refund or complimentary re-clean.
I paid for a deep clean, not a superficial one.
The “cleaning” was done on Monday and I had to wait until Wednesday for the cleaners to return. Only the oven was done.
I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY and I dont recommend anyone to use it either.

“I booked this company for end-of-tenancy cleaning, including carpets and both interior and exterior window cleaning. While the carpets were cleaned to a decent standard, the exterior windows were left untouched because they didn’t have the proper equipment. Even though they are reachable from the inside with a step ladder.
I paid the full amount in advance, but when I contacted them about the incomplete service, they offered a meager £18 refund. Now my landlord is charging me for the window cleaning, meaning I’ve had to pay twice for a job this company failed to do properly.
It’s clear they don’t take responsibility or provide professional service. My advice: Avoid this one and book a reliable company.”
“I booked a deep-cleaning service, including additional charges for professional carpet cleaning, oven cleaning, and blinds cleaning. Unfortunately, the experience has been nothing short of a disaster.
The initial clean left my flat with dust and cobwebs in every room, dirty floors, and carpets that were only hoovered despite paying extra for a steam or water extraction clean. The oven was not properly cleaned either, leaving the flat smelling of smoke.
After raising these issues, the company arranged a complimentary re-clean. However, the same cleaner returned, argued with us, and outright refused to re-clean the carpets, even though I was assured that a proper carpet clean would be done. The floors remain dirty, dust is still visible, and the promised services have not been delivered.
I have photographic evidence showing the poor results after both cleans, which is deeply frustrating considering I paid over £350 for this service. The quality of the work does not reflect the price or the standards outlined in their quote. The service has been wholly inadequate and the re-clean was no better than the first.
I am left feeling let down and regretful of choosing this company. I strongly advise others to avoid Hello Services. Based on my experience, they fail to deliver on their promises and do not provide the professional service they advertise.
I’ve been offered a £70 refund, which doesn’t even cover the cost of the extra I paid for a “professional carpet clean” (£73). Their customer service has been nothing but insulting, unhelpful and dismissive.”
