“Items were as ordered and arrived very quickly. The only issue was the bride to be chocolate that arrived broken, which is a shame.”

“I was very pleased with the skirt it was actually good quality for the money. The service was quick and reliable. Just one complaint please stock a size 6 as the size 8 was to big and i had to alter it.”

“I experienced an issue with the delivery of my order, luckily once I manage to get in contact with the company (which I found a bit difficult) they resolved the issue within 24 hours. Thanks.”

Hi Lucia, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. As discussed on the phone today, we are glad to confirm that your issue has now been resolved. Unfortunately we had not received any contact from yourself, due to a fault with our call back request form - please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused by this. In regards to delivery, the order was placed with economy delivery, and therefore due to be delivered within 5 working days from date of dispatch. As the order has still not been received, a replacement has been dispatched today with express tracked delivery.
