Very pleased with the personalised cowgirl t-shirts and bandanas. Great comms and delivered as promised. Only down side was I couldn’t complete my order as the hats I required were out of stock and when asked when they would be back in I was told not til 2019 but they could order me a bulk order of 50! Why not sell me the 10 I wanted and restock your website? Just a little disappointment of having to track them down from somewhere else, but super site otherwise!

Everything came and looked exactly how they did on the website (if not better). However one item that was delivered was broken in two places. Other than this I was satisfied.

Excellent customer service placed order & forgot to book express delivery, phoned to see if delivery could be changed & they were very helpful & changed delivery so we received parcel in time for flight. Thanks very much.

Great products. My only negative is that the order process was very time consuming when ordering a batch of personalised tops in a variety of sizes and colours, having to input the same thing over and over x

Fast delivery cheap and cheerful- didn’t realise the personalised bag was a sticker you had to just put on a plain gift bag which I thought was a little shabby but you get what you pay for. Everything else great!

Our customer support email is support@henpartysuperstore.co.uk, and and we aim to reply to all emails within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). I have looked into your order for you, and can see that your initial email was sent to our 'noreply' email address. Unfortunately this is a non-monitored email address, so the email would not have been received. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused by this. An email was received by yourself at 16:14pm on Monday 13th August, which I personally replied to on Tuesday 14th August at 10:16am. It is important to us to ensure that all customers are happy with their purchase, and the service that they have received. I would like to confirm that your order has been received correctly, as the order was placed for our WINE-MOUSE/RED product. This is a single large wine bottle label, of which details can be found on our website. Your order was for two of the wine bottle labels, of which you have confirmed via email to have received. We offer Wine Bottle Labels, as well as Mini Wine Bottle Labels. These are different products, with different product codes, and so it is important for customers to check which label(s) they are purchasing. Details are available on the product pages. The mini wine bottle labels are a pack of ten, and the large wine bottle label is singular.
