“Wanted it to be loose so ordered XL I'm a size 12-14 and length is fine however, across the body comes up very small. Would most probably of needed 2XL for it to be loose. Just glad i didn't order a medium as i would of had squashed boobs”

“Bought some compact mirrors for a hen. Looked great and they were personalised. Great for a keepsake. They were also delivered before the estimated date, so that was bonus.”

“My order took 3 weeks to arrive once I emailed I was then told that some of my order was out of stock! I would rather of been told that my items were out of stock instead of having to wait! Need more communication with customers.”

“I am always sceptical of purchasing personalised goods online especially from sites i am not familiar with however the prices in comparison to other sites and the selection of goods were good. One of the items i had ordered actually became out of stock, the staff were proactive in contacting me to inform me of this and liaised with me in terms of lead time for the next batch to arrive and be issued to me. The only minor points i would raise is; i had ordered some pocket mirrors and some of them were scratched meaning the text did not look at clean as they could have done. I had also ordered some lip glosses that i requested to have personalised stickers on them. The lip glosses came blank and the stickers separate i would have expected this to come as a finished product. Nevertheless for the prices the service and products were ideal and i would recommend this page to other hen parties who are looking to add a nice touch to hen events.”

“Ordered some T shirts for a stag, 3 separate orders, off different people. Paid to have numbers on the back, 25 shirts in total, none of the orders arrived with numbers Printed on. Very disappointing and communications were very slow. Did get the money back from the missing print, but sort of ruined the idea behind it but hey ho”

“Not worth even one star .. I have been in conversation with one of your colleagues. I ordered the t shirt thinking you can personalise whatever you want on it.. I wrote a birthday message thinking there will be no “bribe tribe” written on the t shirt. The instructions were no clear it doesn’t say that bribe tribe will remain. Also as a customer you can tell maybe I misunderstood this service so why didn’t anyone realise the customer, me, want a birthday t shirt ! And I want my money back but apparently I am not eligible for this ! I would never use this store ever again !”

“After placing two separate orders, and it stating the standard deliver was 3-5 days (not working days might I add), I received my first order after 6 days and my second order which was placed on 20th February still hasn’t arrived, and was needed for today. I therefore very disappointed as it has spoiled all that I had planned for my friends special day and will be seeking a full refund.”

“Bought the personalized lip balm, stickers full size of the lip balm with no indent or separate bit for the bottom... So I have to cut it myself to fit the lip balms bought. I could of just printed ones out of a printer for less hassle”
