“I wasn't quite satisfied with my order. When my order arrived it wasn't want I original ordered. In fact, it was overloaded with soaps when I had ordered a few soaps, along with facial products and deodorant. I sent an email to the company (Herbneden) and explain my concern. They ask me to show them a picture via email to see the order when I did I got no response from the company. At that time, I had to go a little future to get a refund which as of this review I haven't got a refund. In these days and times I don't have money to waste. It is a pandemic and people are hurting for money.”
“The site is easy to navigate through. There is not an overwhelming amount of products to choose from. The description of the items are very informative. Very well put together. There are also videos you can watch about the items as well. Shipping is a little slow, however I would prefer a quality product over faster shipping. I found out about herb n eden from a friend in November 2020. Since then I have made about 5 purchases as well as told other people who have ordered as well. In all I love the site.”

“Placed an order in the first few days of December & just got it today. Thats 3 weeks. Unacceptable!! When I finally open my package it was not the soaps I wanted. Someone on their team decided to substitute the missing soaps instead of sending me an email asking if I wanted to substitute or if I would rather wait. This is also unacceptable & frustrating since this was a Christmas gift. They've messed up 2 out of the 4 orders I've placed with them. If it wasnt for my son, I would never order from them again. They cant ever get it right & the shipping takes too damn long & the presentation lacks!”
