“Bought waking boots as I'd previously had so much success with Hey dude shoes. Lacing system doesn't allow me to tighten boots sufficiently to support foot or ankle. Contacted customer service to see if I'd got it wrong, I hadn't. Ended up swapping out the laces so I could tighten to give sufficient support over tough terrain. Boots great, but lacing system doesn't work.”

“I purchased a pair of Charlie style shoes after a friend recommended them as ‘the most comfortable shoes he’s ever had’ he wasn’t wrong. I love the style of them and I too have found them incredibly comfortable straight out the box. The elastic laces are a fixed length which having some adjustment may have been helpful. As general about town street shoes this isn’t really an issue. I would certainly recommend and will be looking for more styles like the Charlie in future.”

“My husband was thrilled to finally receive his ‘Dudes’ as he calls them! He absolutely lives and dies in them, as they are light, comfortable and pretty hardwearing considering the weight of them. We had difficulty finding replacements in his size, but the good people at Hey Dudes, dropped me an email to let me now when new stock was in…… Can’t get better service than that!”

“Super disappointed in the current customer service. My previous two orders taxes, duty etc was covered by hey dude as stated on the website ( I am ordering from within the EU). Now they said they won't cover the fees, despite me ordering from the EU website (www.heydudeshoes.fr) they still send the order from the UK not the EU. I told them my previous two orders the taxes, duties etc were covered by them. Now they responded saying that's not true (great idea to call your customer a liar) I responded with bank statements and emails from them confirming payment of the duty, taxes etc... Even if they no longer want to cover the duties, taxes etc, not cool saying I am lying. Thankfully I have proof that they did in fact reimburse my previous orders. https://www.heydudeshoes.fr/tax-duty-customs-i232 this page on your website states: "All orders to the EU include Duty, Tax and Customs charges. There will no additional charges on orders delivered within the EU, the price you pay at checkout will be the total price to get your order delivered to your door." The information on the website is inconsistent and confusing. Especially since my last two orders were covered by hey dude shoes... Super strange. Maybe they should arrange an EU warehouse to avoid these issue within the EU.”
