“Paid for a next day delivery, never arrived, parcel has allegedly been left at a Post office I have no way of getting to. Hey Dudes are completely uninterested. They have money of mine so I have now had to log this as a disputed transaction. It seems they are happy to take your money but not resolve issues other than pass the buck. Terrible customer service”

Hi VJ, We provided you with all the information to be able to collect or rearrange delivery of your order the day delivery was attempted. Delivery was attempted at 10.22am, then your order was taken to your local Post office. Your decision to open a Paypal case within 24 hours of placing your order after delivery was attempted and a dialogue was open with us would seem a little harsh to count as terrible customer service. P.S. Sorry we are not in the office at weekends to be able to reply to your most recent emails till today.

“like there shoes for a lot of years now but have tried to contact them on numerous occasions without a response very disappointed by this no aftersales at all!!!”
