Hi I never received the shoes, so how can I review the product. I have since purchased a pair in store in France. Yes I spoke to customer service on 29th july and the guy was very helpful but before I knew it the shoes were being returned to you. Furthermore I was promised a refund on 1st August by email. That has still not materialized today 8th August. I have no issues with the product, I am on my 6th pair of your shoes. Just the service/failings of your courier. If you want to delete my review please go ahead but if I review my review you may like it even less . Sorry UPS failed to deliver the shoes even though I paid for next day delivery. I am in East Sussex. Not far from you along the coast. I would however like to share with you the unrivaled service I recently received from Scan Computers in Bolton who promised next day delivery and free of charge via DPD. I ordered an item a little larger than a shoe box at 5pm on Sunday 24th July. It arrived at my house by 1 pm on 25th July. I would respectfully suggest you change your courier service as they are harming your business. Thanks for reading!!

I Have a couple of pairs of dude shoes which have fitted well. Bought another pair of the same size and found them to be much too small. Company refused to take them back as worn once. Poor poor poor!!

Hugely disappointed after hearing hey dudes where great shoes when they Arrived they where far too small compared to my normal size 8 shoes more like a size 6! And more annoyingly had to pay the postage to send them back won't be ordering from hey dudes again

My husband loves dudes. Has a few pairs. We’ve always sized up as they come up small. So he’s a 10.5uk. 11’s always work. Decided to get the flip flops as a gift for a holiday. Size 11 as usual. His feet were hanging off the back. Totally useless and I had to pay for the return! Don’t see why they can’t be consistent. Waste of time and money. Didn’t have time to reorder 12s. So disappointed.

NEVER BUY FROM HEY DUDE SHOES. i purchased a pair of shoes that didn’t fit. I processed a return immediately and they refused it and will not refund my purchase price. I spend over 2 hours on hold and spoke to 3 separate managers to find out they want to steal my money. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

The shoes are great but they arrived damaged and I can't get a return label. There is a time frame and the automated system will not allow me to proceed and nobody will respond.

The shoes are great if you get the right ones. Unfortunately they have several called the Wally and they are not the same. I tried to exchange for the soft Wallys like I had before and they would not do it. Morgan S in customer service would not help and could care less that they lost a loyal customer. Its ashame when companies start getting to big and stop caring about the customers. Buyers beware.

We have recently seized our exchange process and now only process refunds for any return received - unless you have spoken with our customer service team regarding an order. DO NOT order from them! I ordered a pair of shoes for my hubby for his bday and they sent me the wrong size although the package/bag said the right size. When I tried to return/exchange for the right size they would not do this for me. Shoes weren’t touched or worn and tag was still attached. This is ridiculous!!! Terrible who does this? Need to find someone to hire that actually knows how to tell the difference form size on the bag vs size shoe inside the bag. People are so dumb.

Very disappointed with my Dudes. Too small despite following the size guide on the box.... They are lightweight but rub at the ankle. I thought maybe they would wear in very quickly but no they remain small and uncomfortable. I emailed the dude customer service address but no reply....

Wore in the rain and cut the back of ankle so badly I couldn't wear any shoes for a month. And yes there sizes are out. Buy one size bigger

I have about 10 pairs of Dudes and love them. I decided to buy a pair of ,Martin, as house shoes. When they arrived I tried them on, the right shoe being uncomfortable, I found the insole had been pushed up and bent over inside the shoe. I thought I would take it out cut to size and re insert it but found that it was glued in, the left shoe insole was not and was the correct size. So instead of messing about decided to return for an exchange. I got a very curt reply telling me basically that I was a liar and that there was nothing wrong with the shoes and giving me a refund. I did not want a refund so after a brief exchange I got a credit note and have ordered again. Fingers crossed. So really this review is more about the lousy customer service than the shoe!
