“Been a month and haven't recieved”

Hello, We have tracked your order,it seems that it has not left the UK, which is very strange after the time that has passed since your order was dispatched. Either it has not been scanned when being passed over to USPS in the US or the parcel has been lost in the UK. “All I wanted was a pair of Hey Dudes. My brother and sister-in-law bought them for me for Mother’s Day… then life happened. My mom ended up having heart surgery mid-May and it didn’t go well and my son is getting married in 2 weeks. We are working so hard to get her well and it’s a heavy load to carry. I missed the deadline to exchange my shoes because I simply wanted another color. Hey Dude responded by saying that they were sorry, but that there was nothing they could do to help. I had literally just had the shoes for 30 days because they were a gift, and I never even put them on my feet. As excited as I was to have a pair of Hey Dudes, I don’t even want to pair anymore. For a company to be that large and have such poor customer service just makes me sad. I was so excited when I finally had a minute to take care of it. I couldn’t wait to get my shoes and now I have a pair that will collect dust in the closet. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone because although I love the shoe, I wouldn’t support the company.”

“CROOKED SHOES & AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE $60 for CROOKED SHOES - Extremely poor customer service even when it's their shoes that are crooked and defective and won't stay on. I would have bought hey dude shoes until the end of time but never again after being hung up on by Tina after she tried to refund me less than I paid...once again, for crooked shoes that won't stay on.”

“I was sent the wrong size even though I sent a copy of what I ordered and the UK retailer would not accept responsibility so I had to pay to return them....I will keep my business in the US since they back their responsibility.”

“Great shoes as always, but there should be an option to swap the insoles when purchasing, even if it adds a couple of £‘a on. Also I think that delivery should be free on purchases over £50, not £75.”

“Colour says jet black customer service told me that is colour of bottom of shoe? The top is grey and sole is even lighter grey!!! Not black in anyway”

“My husband and I both have Dude shoes and love them so we were really excited to order boots. However our disappointment was very real! My boots squeaked loudly and my husbands brown boots were actually grey and looked like those of a boring elderly uncle. Not what we expected at all!!!!”

“Lovely shoes and on trend - unfortunately they are way too small and as I'd already worn them trying to stretch them I can't send them back. Disappointed and they shall be doomed to languish in the back of my wardrobe for all days - shame as not cheap - maybe proper sizing would be good as I'm a size 6 in every other shop☹️ Won't buy again as not sure what size to buy!”

“Paid for a next day delivery, never arrived, parcel has allegedly been left at a Post office I have no way of getting to. Hey Dudes are completely uninterested. They have money of mine so I have now had to log this as a disputed transaction. It seems they are happy to take your money but not resolve issues other than pass the buck. Terrible customer service”

Hi VJ, We provided you with all the information to be able to collect or rearrange delivery of your order the day delivery was attempted. Delivery was attempted at 10.22am, then your order was taken to your local Post office. Your decision to open a Paypal case within 24 hours of placing your order after delivery was attempted and a dialogue was open with us would seem a little harsh to count as terrible customer service. P.S. Sorry we are not in the office at weekends to be able to reply to your most recent emails till today.
