“Ein Teil der Bestellung wurde nicht versandt und die Rechnung wurde nicht angepasst :( Leggins rutschen übrigens sehr. Insgesamt viel zu teuer!”

“Leider passen die Angaben im Size Guide überhaupt nicht zum Produkt. Habe aufgrund der Angaben im Size Guide und der Modelgrößeninfo nicht meine reguläre Größe bestellt, die nun leider überhaupt nicht passt. In der Regel sollen diese Größeninfos ja Retouren reduzieren! Retourenkostem werden ebenfalls in Rechnung gestellt. Kann dies also nicht weiterempfehlen!”

“Schwarze Surf Style Leggings sieht auf den ersten Blick gut aus, qualitativ jedoch eine Enttäuschung. Lässt leider alles durchscheinen sobald man sich bückt. Geht somit direkt wieder zurück.”

“Meine Bestellung, die drei Artikel umfasste, wurde in drei Pakete aufgeteilt. Dabei kam ein Artikel beim Nachbarn an, ein weiterer Artikel wurde ohne Benachrichtigung an den Hersteller zurückgesendet, der dritte Artikel war fast zwei Wochen lang in Vorbereitung, sodass ich ihn schließlich storniert habe. Diese Abwicklung empfand ich weder kundenorientiert weder umweltfreundlich! Positiv möchte ich hervorheben, dass der Kontakt mit dem Support sehr unkompliziert und professionell war. Die Stornierung wurde sofort in die Wege geleitet. Ich hoffe, die Versand Vorgänge werden in Zukunft überdacht und optimiert, um den Service und die Kundenzufriedenheit nachhaltig zu verbessern.”

“I am beyond disappointed with Hey Honey Yoga. This brand is nothing short of thieves with the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. I purchased two bras because I was unsure about the sizing, and when I returned the one that didn’t fit, I was asked to cover the return shipping costs, which I did without complaint. But then, they refused to refund me, claiming there was a deodorant mark on the bra—something I highly doubt. When I asked them to send me a photo as proof, they simply stopped responding! I have sent multiple emails trying to resolve this issue, but have received zero replies. So now, not only have they kept the bra (worth 65 euros), but I also had to pay for the return. This is utterly unacceptable. For a company that prides itself on being ethical, they have shown nothing but dishonesty. I would not recommend Hey Honey Yoga to anyone—save yourself the headache and go with a brand that values its customers. Such a shame!”

“Je suis très mécontente car j’ai du renvoyer 2 fois les tee-shirts à mes frais en colissimo international : 14,25€x2 soit 28,50€ car vous m’avez renvoyé la même taille ( au lieu d’une taille plus petite) Ces tee shirts me coûtent bien Cher avec ces frais de port et en plus je n’ai toujours pas la bonne taille .Très mauvaise expérience.”

“Great brand as long as everything works out. As soon as you need customer support, the experience becomes a horrible nightmare. You barely get any responses and should expect zero accommodating. In our case we didn't do anything wrong but got wrong items delivered. We ordered with a discount, which we are losing now when sending items back. Customer support started ghosting us, even though we tried to be very friendly and kindly asked how we could solve the discount loss problem. This behaviour is an absolute no go for us and we're not sure if we will order there again.”

“Ganz schlechter Kundenservice. Erst wird schnell geliefert. Wenn aber etwas falsch ist, dann antwortet der Kundenservice ewig nicht. Auf die Rückerstattung würde ich immer noch warten, wenn ich nicht über Paypal eskaliert hätte. So schön die Leggings auch sind, für mich ein no go. Ich kaufe nie wieder dort!”

“I got one item delivered in wrong size and the exchange delivery was also in wrong size. No reaction from customer support. I returnd the exhange delivery with their label and got the arrival confirmation a week ago, but still no reaction or refund. I loved Hey Honey for years, but as they downsized their products (leggings that were L need now be ordered in XL to have the same fit) and the print fades by friction on the inner tights after a short time, it is in gereral very disappointing.”
