“I have tried to return my mattress under the 100 day trial but have told they are no longer trading, not sure what is going on with the website still being live but pursing a claim via my credit card.”

“Bought this mattress after much consideration and from reading the many reviews. After a couple of sleepless nights on this I just knew it wasn't right for me. I found it way too firm and was boiling hot, waking up sweating buckets. Horrible. I was encouraged to stick with it by Paul (the owner@Hugge) and promised it'd be worth persevering with but after another few nights of the same I asked to return the mattress. I was a bit put out and surprised by the owner sounding disappointed that we hadn't given it enough time and offering me a financial incentive to stick with it. I didn't need persuading, I just wanted to return it. This mattress, as much it likes to portray.. is not for everyone. I don't believe that you should have to suffer a few weeks of rubbish sleep in order to end up with a "dreamy" mattress. If you get warm in the night or don't like the warm feeling memory foam creates, don't buy this. Interesting fact I was told that this type of foam reacts to body heat but takes hours to reach its full sinkage when in a sleeping position. Which seems barmy to me. If you like to move around in bed and change positions, hope is it going to feel comfortable? We are side sleepers mostly and found it so uncomfortable, I opted for trying to sleep on my back and even that felt weird, We have since bought a Mammoth Supersoft and what a difference. Real comfort that doesn't take 100 days/weeks to achieve. I don't like to leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to be honest and I just hope that this is helpful to someone.”

“Having fibromyalgia my old matress was just not cutting it, since having my hugge matress and pillows my partner and I have slept soundly and woken up feeling more rested. The people at hugge were wonderful with answering my queries and the finance option meant I didn't have to take out a loan to invest in a quality bed which would have cost more in interest. Highly recomended”

“Never had a memory foam mattress before, but Hügge is an absolute bliss. As soon as we opened it we lied down to try it and we just didn't want to get up! I wasn't normally able to sleep on my side as it would always hurt my arms and my joints, but I can finally do that with this mattress as nothing hurts at all. Can't compare it to any other memory foam mattress but in comparison to any spring mattress this is a game changer.”

“I received my matress on Tuesday 26th February and could not wait to try it out that night , I also received my 2 free pillows and I also got the mattress protector. I can only say WOW, from word go it was amazing and so comfortable. I am so pleased I chose a Hügge matress and it certainly gets a 5* from me . Amanda Bradley”

“I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a superior mattress. Delivery was prompt and the mattress vacuum packed. I followed the simple instructions and within a few hours I was looking at best purchase I have ever made. It is by far the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on.”

“Just to let you know that the pillow and mattress are all that you say on the website! We both love the pillows, and think they are the best we have ever had. To get them free was a real bonus as they are well worth the full price. Same with the mattress - Katharine took to it immediately and is really enjoying having a comfortable night's sleep and waking fully rested for the first time in a while. For myself. I always take some time to adapt to any change, but I did notice I standing and walking fully upright right after getting up - rather than as before when it took 30 minutes of walking about! This is our first foam mattress, hence me thinking the zip had to be on top to wash/change the cover! It seems really different to the sprung variety so it has taken me almost until now (2 weeks) to really appreciate how well it combines comfort with support. Well done for a good design and excellent products”

“Very comfortable. Loving my Hugge! Paul was very responsive to all queries prior to and after purchase so can’t fault customer service. Was amazed by the way the mattress ‘grew’ when it was unwrapped. Still within 100 days but this mattress isn’t going anywhere!!!”
