“Overall a great mattress. Bought after researching bed in a box mattresses extensively online. Chose HUGGE because of the materials used and because the foam is Centipur, meaning I can rest happily knowing harmful chemicals are not sitting under me as I sleep. After unboxing, the new mattress smell lasted about 2 days but was less noticeable than other mattresses, it had fully gone within 1 week. Coming from a memory foam mattress previously, this one does feel firmer and I wish it was just a little bit softer. When I wake up in the morning, it feels softer than when I go to bed at night, but I wish it was a little bit softer in the first place. One slight thing with the design is that the seams of the cover that surround the outer edges of the mattress come onto the top of the mattress at the bottom end, at least on my mattress - So every night I feel the seam when I move my feet, it is quite pronounced. It is a minor thing and when turning the mattress it should be ok the other way. The modern design of grey side and white top does look good overall, and the cover is well made and appropriate. I also bought the pillows which are bouncy and genuinely do look as fluffed as those you would find in a hotel. Quite happy with these, although they took a little getting used to. They are nice to prop up against the headboard and relax. Probably best for back sleepers, I'm a side sleeper so sleep with my arm underneath the pillow at night, it is a shame they do not have adjustable layers as some of the others on the market, but I can not stress enough that THEY LOOK LIKE FLUFFY HOTEL PILLOWS and retain shape well. Delivery was really quick and on time, so no complaints there. Mattress, pillows and protector were all rolled into the box. Overall very happy with this HUGGE purchase, and I think I made the right choice, I hope the company continues to receive recognition in the crazy market at the moment.”

“Mattress feels great, Has a quality memory foam feel and is much better than a previous bed in a box that I tried. Only downside is I am finding I wake up with a soar lower back which may be just me getting used to the new sleeping position coming from a firmer mattress, I sure hope so as it is really comfortable and cozy.”

“thanks very much for the efficient way you removed old mattress and set up new. It was a little on the hard side to start with, but seems to be getting a bit softer (or I'm getting more used to it). I have to say I'm not getting up in the morning bent double and not so many aches and pains...so yes I would recommend you try this mattress....you've nothing to lose and everything to gain”

“Firstly the delivery was extremely quick, arrived promptly around 9am the following day after I placed the order. I have now been sleeping on the Hügge matress for 4 weeks, initial nights sleep were very comfortable after this is a far cry from the spring mattress I’ve been sleeping on. I have to say that after the first few nights I noted I had a little lower back aches however I think this was my body getting used to sleeping with correct posture this lasted around a week but has now gone and I’m enjoying a good nights sleep as is my partner. The matress is medium to firm but hugs your body without being too hot. I’m a shift worker and up to now I have enjoyed better quality sleep. Deep fitted sheets are required for this matress. All in all. So far so good.”

“Still getting used to it Paul but it seems as if my sleep is getting better at the moment. But I don't know if I would keep it as it not be for me but then again it might another couple of weeks on it then ill be able to give you a more positive answer. Thanks.”

“I've had memory foam before and didn't like it but thought I'd give the Hugge a try. Anyway the Hugge was a lot better than what I'd used before, however I still didn't like the lack of bounce that memory foam offers. You can tell the mattress is of exceptional quality and the foam density is what made me choose Hugge from all the others. The customer support is the best I've ever experienced and I can't recommend this company enough. They issued a refund as soon as the mattress was collected and the process was as hassle free as reasonably possible. Hugge is a great company it's just a shame the mattress did not suit me”

“I ordered the Hugge mattress and it was delivered on our preferred day as arranged. I couldn't wait to sleep on this mattress which looks so luxury and top end. Sadly after 10 days it was clear that this mattress was not for my arthriticy bones as it was just too firm for me. So disappointing as the mattress is cool which was our other main requirement. I contacted Hugge re a refund and that's where my expectations were blown away! Claire and Paul from Hugge went out of their way to be helpful.... Arranging for my mattress to be donated to a nearby charity. Communication has been fantastic.... No sense of pressure to keep the mattress if it wasn't right for me. So wish they did a softer version I would buy of this company again in a heartbeat! Give it a go you have nothing to lose and it might be perfect for you!”

“We wanted a new mattress for a while, and we decided to go for one hugge! Once I got to bed I don't want to get up! No even for the kids!! Lol Not too hard not too soft, just right! So the saying sleep like a baby! That's us! :)”
