On ordering it was stated that it might take a couple of weeks to be delivered which it did but at least that was stated at the ordering stage and I wasn’t left thinking where is my order . “The D1000 is my second Hiplok lock. As well as being angle grinder resistant, it's a well-designed and good-looking lock. The carry pouch is neat and versatile - easy to attach with the velcro straps at the top along with two extra straps to use with the webbing on the back. So far, it's a great product and I definitely rest easier knowing its angle grinder-proof properties protect the expensive ebike. Delivery was fast too. Expensive but cheaper than a new bike!”

“Purchasing, delivery and everything was fine, I just didn't realize when making the purchase, that the UK is already out of EU so the purchase was subject to import duties and VAT which made the purchase much more expensive. Although I like Hiplok products I will most likely not buy from them again if I need to pay extra and go through all that administrative hell.”
